Bio

Their professional attitude and exceptional reputation has led to them becoming the house band for RTE’s ‘Tubridy Tonight’ show, which ran for five years with over 600,000 viewers a week.

This in turn brought the historic moment in September 2009 when they became ‘The Late Late Show House Band’ after Ryan Tubridy became the new host of ‘The Late Late Show’, the longest-running talk-show in television history.

Now performing to over 750,000 viewers a week, the Camembert Quartet are one of the best-loved bands in the country.

As well as performing on TV and Radio, they continue to play Weddings, Festivals, Corporate gigs, Conferences, Awards Ceremonies, Charity Auctions, Student Events and Christmas Parties all over Ireland and beyond.

Their commitment to the highest quality of musicianship and vocal energy guarantees a superior performance every time. Combine this with a great sense of humour, bundles of energy and lots of audience interaction and you have a band who will simply make your event.

The Camembert Quartet have also provided the entertainment for Brian O'Driscall and Amy Huberman's wedding in 2010.

The Camembert Quartet have a knowledge of music so vast that they literally know hundreds of songs and movie and TV themes. Whether it be for a background Function with a set of light Jazz or Latin material, to a full Dance show, to an awards ceremony where their special skill at selecting stings for guests and speakers is required, the band can literally do anything. They even do events where musical games and audience interaction form part of a corporate Team-Building day. No request is too difficult, no ideas are too out there-the more the merrier.
